Phylum Rotifera : The Rotifers - Includes over 1800 species
- Very small, .05mm - 2mm
- Have full digestive systems
- Maintain a circulating Hydrostatic Skeleton which serves as a full blood vascular system.
- Many species consist mostly of females who produce females from unfertilized ova. This is called parthenogenesis.
